Yogurt Creme Brulee

Ingredients

5 ounces cold vanilla yogurt

2 tablespoons turbinado sugar 

Directions

Special equipment:
a kitchen blowtorch
  1. Place the yogurt in a ramekin and top with the sugar. Hold a kitchen blowtorch a couple inches away from the ramekin and burn the sugar until it starts to turn an even, dark golden brown. Serve immediately!

Cook’s Note

We used vanilla yogurt to imitate the taste of creme brulee, but feel free to use your favorite flavor.
