Chef Ari Taymor’s aesthetically on-point darling, Alma at The Standard, serves an arugula-heavy burger that’s hard to put down once you take your first bite. It’s a flank and brisket 50-50 beef blend, with a brown butter bearnaise sauce, caramelized onions and aged white cheddar. Fans love to hope that the decadence is offset by that pile of arugula.
