The second course is a tableside Caesar salad followed by raclette, where diners cook their choice of protein in scorching oil. Since a fondue experience wouldn’t be complete without chocolate fondue, Der Fondue Chessel serves six varieties, including flaming turtle with caramel, almonds and whipped cream, flamed tableside with a shot of rum.
