Dog sledding and dining don’t usually go hand in hand, but at Krabloonik, the pairing just works. This backcountry log cabin, nestled among the Snowmass mountains, offers diners a front-row show of dogsleds going by (inspiring many to reserve their own pup-led ride). At the restaurant, signature dishes include a wild mushroom soup with creme fraiche and truffle oil, as well as Colorado-centric dishes including grilled Colorado lamb, wild boar scallopine and macadamia-crusted trout with beurre blanc.
