Expect there to be a little wait at The Little Diner, where the dining space is as petite as the name suggests (it’s also the owners’ last name). The 20-seat horseshoe counter puts diners in the center of the action as chefs whip up grits, scrambled eggs and German pancakes inspired by Grandma Dot. A perfect place to fuel up pre-ski, the diner makes nearly all of the ingredients for its family-sourced recipes in-house, including the bacon.
