Willie Garcia left Puerto Rico at 15 and eventually landed in Orlando where he is firing up all kinds of creative specialties from his home country. Traditional plantain mofongo served with crispy carnitas hits all the right notes for Guy. The jibarito, a sandwich made with mashed plantains instead of bread, is piled high with super-flavorful pastrami and succulent beef.
