Once there, try the branzino which is seared until crispy, served over roasted fennel and topped with a luscious Champagne sauce. “Visually it’s a masterpiece … and it tastes even better,” he proclaims. For an over-the-top taste of luxury, get the bucatini draped with a silky sea urchin sauce and tossed with fresh blue crab and chiles. “It’s a beautiful symphony,” he says.
