A self-proclaimed seafood junkie, Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian urges all fish fanatics to go to Lure Fishbar. Once there, try the branzino which is seared until crispy, served over roasted fennel and topped with a luscious Champagne sauce. “Visually it’s a masterpiece … and it tastes even better,” he proclaims. For an over-the-top taste of luxury, get the bucatini draped with a silky sea urchin sauce and tossed with fresh blue crab and chiles. “It’s a beautiful symphony,” he says.
