Head bartender Allen Lancaster created one of this bar's signature cocktails inspired by childhood trips to the apple orchard. With a name inspired by “hasta manana,” the Spanish expression for “see you later” (manzana means “apple”), the cocktail mixes tequila with Laird’s AppleJack, Licor 43, spiced apple cider, cinnamon and allspice for a tipple that conjures crisp autumnal days.
