This premier cheese is perhaps the best place to assemble a cheese plate in all of Wisconsin. Located on the Capitol Square in Madison, Fromagination carries such champions as Marieke Gouda Mature, a 2013 world champion that’s aged on Dutch pine planks, and Pleasant Ridge Reserve from Uplands Cheese, the most-awarded cheese in American history, which is a Gruyère-like variety made from the nonpasteurized milk of a single herd.
