Geoffrey is a baking and pastry arts instructor at the international culinary institute in Myrtle Beach. He's French trained, but southern at heart and wants to show his three kids you can accomplish anything with hard work.

Jennifer is a pastry chef from Moultonborough, NH. She married her high school sweetheart and is convinced he'd want to use the prize money to buy a new camper.

Kobe is a home baker from Boston. When he isn't in the kitchen, he works in a dental office where he was first challenged to make macarons. He would love to turn baking into his full-time job.

Janet is a home bakery owner from British Columbia. Thanks to some help from her daughter-in-law, she now shows off all of her amazing creations on Instagram.

Devon is a home baker from Claremont, CA. He's the dean of students for a small liberal arts college and hopes to use the prize money to grow his family.

Dwight is the executive pastry chef at a hotel in Pittsburg. He's expecting his first child soon, and in his free time dabbles in the world of bodybuilding.

Maria is a bakery owner from Hilo, HI. She loves having a bakery shop during the holidays, because she can have a tree at home and a tree at the shop.

Cedrick is a pastry chef at a private club in Atlanta. He recently lost 100 pounds, but still loves to have a bit of sugar every day.

Sarah is a bakery general manager from Boston. Originally from Rochester, NY, recently marries Sarah pushed back her honeymoon to be able to compete to become the Holiday Baking champion.

Melissa is a bakery owner with almost 20 years of baking experience. She's a new mom with another on the way and wants to use the prize money to pay for her dream wedding.
