Ryan McPhee overcomes his lack of culinary training to correctly answer the first two challenges in his quest for the Golden Cloche. He goes up against a traditional Persian dish with an unknown fruit, a secret spice on roasted crickets and even oversized chocolate art. After getting caught in a sticky situation, Ryan turns to panelist Nilou Motamed to help him identify a mysterious Southern syrup. Then, Navy veteran and recipe tester Renae Wilson discovers that there are no simple questions on Money Hungry.
