There's a hearty Bison Bolognese, Chicken Milanese lightened up with gluten-free panko breadcrumbs and Simple Braised Mushrooms. Giada also makes a light dessert, No-Cook Chocolate Coconut Budino, to share with her boyfriend, Shane, after their romantic dinner.
