This is my first time trying watercress - it is really spicy. I am sold. I will make this salad again. Plus, what a quick way to make you own salad dressing.....you can tailor it to your personal taste...

I was not impressed with this salad. My gut told me there was WAY too much oil and salt in the dressing, but I followed the recipe. I did like the salad combination, but not the dressing.

I have been a fan of Aaron's since the season he competed!! I really love his easy and quick methods and tasty recipes. The tangy and tossed salad is delish and doesn't make you feel full just satisfied. The flavors blend together smoothly and naturally. Try it and the rest of his dishes. Cannot wait till his cook book comes to the presses!!

Good Luck with your second season on Big Daddy's House..
