- 5 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 bell peppers, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 bunch cilantro, leaves chopped
Combine the tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, jalapenos, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, lime juice, and cilantro in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
Serve with your favorite chips.
