Tomato Salsa

6 Roma tomatoes

1/2 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup chopped basil


  1. Roughly chop the tomatoes. Place in a saucepan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook slowly on stove top until tomatoes are melted. Add chopped basil and serve.
