Yum Yum. I have always wanted to make a mango salsa...my daughter loves mangoes. This recipe looked like it would be a great and it was. I did a couple of things differently...I used a jalapeno instead of the chile and I sprinkled a little of honey over it at the end just to bring out the sweetness a bit more. It was delicious! I let it stay in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and then put it on top of broiled chicken to serve. A winner!

Wow, this is like dessert. I used Ataulfo mangos, which I've heard are the BEST, and this recipe was really the most delicious mango salsa I've ever had. Not too spicy, I don't think mango salsa should be all about the heat anyway. And no ingredients like tomatoes or peppers, which in my opinion confuse the flavors that are so perfect and balanced in this recipe. Don't change a thing, make it just as written. Perfect!!
