Pulse 1 tablespoon each Szechuan peppercorns and coriander seeds in a mini food processor or spice grinder until coarsely ground. Transfer to a bowl; stir in 1 tablespoon flaky sea salt. Sprinkle on grilled steak.
TIP: Use this salt to spice up a steak, or try it on pork, chicken, fish or vegetables.
