Preheat a grill to medium-high. Toss the shrimp with the seafood seasoning. Stack two 12-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil per packet (6 packets total) on a flat surface. Divide the potatoes, sausage, shrimp, clams, corn, butter, lemons and scallions among the foil stacks. Bring the short ends of the foil together and fold to seal; fold in the sides.
Place the packets on the grill, cover and cook until the clams open and the potatoes and shrimp are cooked, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with grilled bread.
