- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 bunches fresh basil, leaves chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 24 jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
Preheat a grill to 300 degrees F.
Thread the shrimp onto metal skewers. Arrange the skewers on the grill and grill until cooked through. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and serve.
