- 18 fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
- 1 cup melon-flavored vodka
- 1/2 cup melon liqueur
- 1 bottle Italian Prosecco, Asti, or extra-dry sparkling wine, chilled
24 ounces mixed melon, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (buy pre-cut melon), plus more for garnish
In a blender, combine melon, mint leaves, vodka, and melon liqueur; blend until smooth. Pour into flutes or glasses, filling only half full. Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco and garnish with a slice of melon and sprig of mint.
