  1. Combine the sugar, 1 cup water and the packet of fruit punch mix in a medium saucepot and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar and powdered drink mix dissolve. Remove from the heat and cool.
  2. Add the white wine to a large pitcher and stir in the fruit punch simple syrup. Refrigerate until ready to serve and top with lemon-lime soda.
