Directions

In a cocktail shaker, add 4 wedges each of grapefruit, lemon, and orange. Add 2 tablespoon sugar and muddle all the ingredients together. Add the vodka and Campari. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, cover with the top and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into martini glasses and garnish with a twist of citrus peel.

    ...then this is the cocktail for you. We tried this the same night this episode aired (since we had some Campari in the house because it is the peak of citrus season in Texas. I had a feeling when I was mixing the cocktail that it would be too heavy on the Campari, and it was. The aperitif totally overpowered the citrus. We'll make it again, but try it with half the Campari.
