Strawberry Cocktail

1 cup Pisco or Gin

1/2 basket fresh strawberries (or highquality frozen)

1/2 cup sugar syrup

Juice of 1 lemon

23 cups crushed ice

Fresh strawberries for garnish


  1. Combine Pisco, strawberries, sugar syrup, lemon juice and ice in a blender and process until blended. Refrigerate. Serve in 4ounce cocktail glasses with a fresh strawberry on the rim.
