Toasting Tiramisu Cocktail

2 ounces espresso liqueur

2 ounces dark rum

Ice, as needed

1 ounce mascarpone

1 ounce heavy cream

Ladyfinger, for serving

Cocoa powder, for serving


  1. Shake 2 ounces espresso liqueur with 2 ounces dark rum over ice; strain and pour into a small glass. Whisk equal parts mascarpone cheese and heavy cream and float on top of the espresso-rum mixture. Garnish with a ladyfinger and a dusting of cocoa powder.
