Ingredients
2 ripe passion fruits (See Cook's Note)
1/2 small ripe mango, cut into chunks
1/3 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 orange
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch kosher salt
Directions
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop the seeded flesh into a blender. Add the mango, yogurt, orange juice, vanilla, a pinch of salt and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth; you'll still be able to see the broken up seeds. Drink right away.
Cook’s Note
If your passion fruits are a little on the tart side, you can add a little honey or pure maple syrup for sweetness. Keep in mind that both carbohydrate and sugar numbers for the smoothie will change.
