Ingredients
1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs. simple syrup
3/4-1 cup water or soda
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and serve over ice. To make simple syrup, combine one part water to one part sugar in sauce pan and heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
