Herbed Fries

Ingredients

One 15-ounce bag frozen French fries (hand-cut style)

2 teaspoons olive oil 

1/4 teaspoon onion powder 

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 

Pinch of freshly ground black pepper 

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 

Kosher salt, optional

Directions

  1. Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Put the fries in a large bowl and drizzle with the oil. Sprinkle with the onion powder, garlic salt and pepper and toss to coat. 
  3. Remove the baking sheet and spread the fries onto it. Bake according to the package instructions. Transfer to a bowl, toss with the parsley and season with salt if needed.
