Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

One 15-ounce can pumpkin puree

One 12-ounce can evaporated milk 

1/2 cup maple syrup 

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder  

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

4 cups ice 

Directions

  1. Combine the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, maple syrup, espresso powder, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and ice in a blender and blend on high until completely blended and smooth. Pour and serve immediately.

I love pumpkin but this has too strong a pumpkin flavor and texture. I feel as if I'm eating the puree straight from the can. Not the best recipe I've tried from this show....sorry. :(
