1 lemon, juiced

2 oranges, juiced

1/2 cup (2 handfuls) light brown sugar

This is good as it is, but it elevates to great with the addition of jicama! I started with a small amount, but now, I'm using equal parts carrot and jicama. I like to dice the jicama small to contrast with the shredded carrots.
