Peach-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup mango nectar (recommended: Kerns)

1 (6-ounce) container nonfat peach yogurt

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (recommended: Dole)

1/2 cup frozen peaches (recommended: Dole)

1/4 block soft silken tofu (recommended: Mori-Nu)

1 cup ice

Vanilla vodka, optional

Directions

  1. Pour nectar into blender. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. To make a smoothie cocktail, add 3 ounces vanilla vodka, if desired.

I plan on making this, however I won’t be putting in the tofu. I’m a peach and mango lover and that is why I saved this smoothie recipe. Another reason I liked this idea is no seeds!
