Ingredients
Jalapeño Ice Cubes:
2 medium jalapeños, stemmed and sliced into 12 slices each
Lemonade:
2 quarts lemonade, store-bought or homemade
2 to 3 medium jalapeños, stemmed, seeded and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
2 to 3 lemons, sliced into wheels
Directions
Special equipment:
a pitcher or beverage dispenser; 2 ice cube trays- For the jalapeñoice cubes: Place a jalapeño slice in each well of 2 ice cube trays. Fill with water and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
- For the lemonade: In a beverage dispenser or pitcher, add the lemonade, jalapeño slices and lemon slices. Let sit, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve in glasses filled with jalapeño ice cubes.
