3 tablespoons apple cider

1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped

Kosher salt, if needed

Directions

  1. In a saucepot on medium heat, add the blueberries, sambal, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider and tomatoes. I made the sauce to go with grilled pork chops, and it was delicious.  I used half of the recipe amount of brown sugar and made up for it with a tablespoon of hot honey.
