Ingredients
12 strawberries, hulled and halved
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon basil leaves, torn
Directions
- 1. In a large bowl, toss the strawberries, tomatoes, vinegar, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 2. Alternately skewer the strawberry and tomato halves on 12 appetizer toothpicks or mini skewers. Drizzle with the juices from the bowl and sprinkle basil leaves on top.
- 3. Wipe up any oil drips or juices from the counter with Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes*.
- *Use as directed. For surfaces that may come in contact with food, a potable water rinse is required.
