Ingredients
Infused Vodka:
One 750-milliliter bottle vodka
2 lemons, sliced
Lemon Rimming Sugar:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest plus lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
- For the infused vodka: Add the vodka and lemons to a large glass jar. Close the lid and shake. Refrigerate for 7 days, shaking the jar every few days to help the infusion.
- Remove and discard the lemon slices, then strain the vodka, if desired. Store the lemon vodka in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
- To make a cocktail, mix the sugar and lemon zest together in a shallow dish. Rim the glass with a lemon wedge, then dip in the lemon sugar. Add ice to the glass and top with the lemon vodka.
