Ingredients
One 30-ounce can Indian mango puree
1 1/2 cups plain vegan yogurt
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Crushed cardamom seeds, for garnish
Directions
- Combine the mango puree, yogurt, frozen mango and lemon juice in a blender and pulse until almost smooth. Blend in 1 1/2 to 2 cups water as needed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs and crushed cardamom seeds.
