Ed Irving and Bob Greenberg carefully cultivated their vending truck business into what is now a 23-location restaurant chain. In the beginning, you might have met Ed or Bob serving their signature frozen fruit drink, the lemon eegee, in front of high schools or at sporting events and concerts. Today, there are many more flavors to choose from – and you can even order a sandwich and baked goods to complement your fruity drink. Today, it seems the waffle fries get the most attention, which come smothered in housemade ranch dressing and vegetarian bacon bits.
