As the name suggests, The Mill does mill its own grain, which is used in its vegetarian pizza sold every Monday night. The massive slices feature toppings like beets and arugula or leek and potato, and unbelievably chewy crusts. The signature toasts, ranging from savory to sweet, are also popular.
