Its name may be Cloud 9, but this restaurant is 10,000 feet up, with picturesque views of the Maroon Bells, the most-photographed mountain peaks in the U.S. Inside, there’s a party-like atmosphere, where people dance on tables and buy champagne just to watch it spray. The scene is no reason to bypass the food, which takes a cue from the Alps with plenty of fondue and raclette.
