This spot's grilled cheese is serious, made with six types (including gruyere, comte and gouda) and extra-thick bread. Its most-famous offering, however, may be the macaroni and cheese. The Caseus Mac & Cheese begins with orecchiette pasta and a bechamel base, and it features no fewer than six cheeses: Raclette, Gouda, Comte, cheddar, provolone and Schnebelhorn. Topped with brioche breadcrumbs and baked to a golden brown, the dish can be topped with Berkshire pork, house bacon lardons or chiles.
