This 20-lane bowling alley could probably get away with serving average food, but instead the kitchen scores big wins with ranch-flavored pork rinds, wood-fired pizzas cleverly topped with Korean barbecue or fried calamari, and a burger that G. Garvin simply calls "righteous."
