Amanda Toups and Chef Isaac Toups opened Toups' Meatery hoping to capitalize on New Orleans' Cajun history. Customers can order small plates like the Meatery Board, with its collection of pates, pork rinds, sausages and galantines, or go big with the Lamb Neck that’s supremely rich and tender.
