The Riverway Lobster House in South Yarmouth is known to draw Cape Codders and tourists for their exemplary stuffed scrod. These nestle inside a fillet of scrod, are wrapped up, topped with Ritz crackers and panko, baked, and served with a dreamy lobster sauce. It’s so New England it hurts.
