Visit Smokestack on a Thursday evening between 6 and 8 and you can get in on "bacon happy hour," when all patrons receive free candied applewood-smoked bacon. No matter when you arrive, though, the kitchen will be serving up hearty apps like smoked wings tossed in honey habanero, chipotle or Buffalo sauce; homemade BBQ chips served with bacon-blue cheese dip; and the aptly named Over the Top Fries, which are piled high with pork, brisket, chicken, BBQ sauce, cheese, jalapeno and sour cream.
