Getting into the ’cue game was quite a detour for Adam and Kendra Taylor: Previously, he was an aerial application pilot (aka crop duster), and she was preparing for a career as a physician assistant. Today, Adam mans the smoker while Kendra turns out sides and sauces as well as desserts.
