This spot is owned by fifth-generation fishmonger Vinny Milburn (of the Boston-based John Nagle Co.), who sources his Maine lobster from the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A standout here is the lobster roll, which features succulent lobster meat mixed with lemon juice, Maldon sea salt, minced celery, tarragon and a drop of mayo, all piled into a toasted New England-style hot dog bun.
