When Iron Chef Michael Symon wants to get his meat sweats on he heads to Lewis Barbeque. The ribs will “literally cover your whole face,” says Chef Symon of the massive portion of juicy goodness. Also on the menu is the smoked prime rib. The beautiful bark and rosy insides of the meat are topped with a rich, velvety sauce. “It all about great meat, simple seasoning, beautiful smoke … that is where the greatest meat dreams are made,” gushes Chef Symon.
