Rachael's search for Miami nightlife led her to Tapas y Tintos where diners revel in live music and Flamenco dancing. For an authentic Spanish meal, order a small plate like shrimp sauteed in garlic or Rachael's pick of Tortilla Espanola, a traditional Spanish omelet made with potatoes and chorizo.

Visit Coral Bar inside the Tides Hotel -- known for being the tallest art deco hotel on Miami's Ocean Drive -- for one of their signature popsicle martini cocktails that Rachael calls "divine." Enjoy the drink specials at happy hour, then head to the terrace for lunch overlooking the ocean.

With a decor that says pirate hangout, The Crab Shack opens its doors to a full-on crab fest 362 days a year. Rachael Ray ordered "sweet as the South" blue crab, while Buddy Valastro and his family opted for the sampler platter. This all-forks-on-deck dish comes piled high with crab, shrimp, mussels, crawfish, sausage, potatoes and corn. A secret seasoning adds some kick to this seafood feast.

The next-door neighbor to its upscale cousin, Huggo's On the Rocks is a more casual, toes-in-the-sand spot known for its oceanside location and trimmed-down prices. Be sure to try their popular Hualalai Ice Cream Pie, a ginormous concoction of Kona coffee ice cream, Oreo pie crust and fudge.

Reigning as one of central Maui's most popular Asian restaurants, A Saigon Cafe serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine with fresh, local ingredients. Some are even grown in the garden of Jennifer, the owner. Try building your own Vietnamese-Style Burrito, the house specialty.

Rachael called Bamboo Restaurant "a relaxed, inviting spot," with its gift shop, nightly entertainment and selections of fresh meat, seafood and Asian specialties. Check out the lineup of small plates, or "pupus." Rachael was all about the Bamboo specialty, Chicken Satay Potstickers.

Known for its incredible burgers and funky decor featuring a wall of beer cans to a bull's head, Grumpy's is a local favorite in Ketchum, Idaho. Grab a burger and beer or try the Rachael-approved Fowl Burger, a teriyaki chicken sandwich, "marinated just right," with an order of crispy fries.

At Honokaa's Tex Drive-In, Rachael sampled the Hawaiian Lunch Plate. Born out of plantation workers' exchange of recipes in the heyday of the Hawaiian sugar industry, this cross-cultural luncheon can include Teriyaki Beef, Korean Chicken and Curry Stew, all with sides of rice and macaroni salad.
