At SAP Brunch, owners and sisters Kristen Sickler and Nicole DeFranza combine their love of the classic diner with everyone’s favorite weekend meal to create a family-friendly eatery dishing out farm-to-table brunch all day. Sickler and DeFranza both have children, so the designated kids’ menu is a thoughtful mix of sure bets and smaller versions of regular dishes — there’s everything from mini grass-fed burgers to omelets, but the fluffy buttermilk pancakes are a fan-favorite.
