Deep in the heart of Texas, Tyler Florence invites three of Austin's best chefs to a local Thai restaurant to compete for the title of Bite Club Champion. In round one, the talented trio gets creative with porcinis, rutabagas and tasso ham. But the chefs really start cooking with fire in round two, when they take on local Texas ingredients like quail, masa and queso. One chef woks their way to victory and the title of Austin's Bite Club Champ.
