Cameron had a dream, so he scrounged up any money he could to open Hillbilly Heaven. But with a road kill menu and tragic decor, this southern BBQ joint is a kitschy nightmare. Now this kooky proprietor is going to test the skills and patience of the seasoned Restaurant Takeover team, Chef Adam Hynam-Smith and designer Amanda Campbell.
